Providing excellent customer’/patients’ services via phone and person; referring callers to the appropriate departments; making appointment for patients according to established Clinic protocols; assisting patients/clients with their forms. This position is considered a crucial link between patients and the care delivered by clinical staff of the Clinic.

Assists the Emergency Room Coordinator to ensure that administration, management, and clinical services of the Emergency Department are in compliance with certification and accreditation standards by providing high quality professional nursing service to patients within the Emergency Room following physician's orders and Russell Regional Hospital Emergency Room Policies and Procedures.

Assists the Emergency Room Coordinator to ensure that administration, management, and clinical services of the Emergency Department are in compliance with certification and accreditation standards by providing high quality professional nursing service to patients within the Emergency Room following physician's orders and Russell Regional Hospital Emergency Room Policies and Procedures.

The Emergency Preparedness Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating all emergency management activities for Russell Regional Hospital. This role ensures the hospital is prepared to respond effectively to emergencies common in rural communities, including severe weather, limited resource events, and delayed external response times. The coordinator plays a key role in protecting patients, staff, and the community through planning, training, and collaboration.

Assists the Food Service Director to insure the successful operation of the Food Service Department by performing designated food service tasks.

Insures administration, management, and clinical services of the Surgery Department are in compliance with certification and accreditation standards, and in accordance with Russell Regional Hospital Surgery Policies and Procedures.

Assists the Director of Surgery to ensure the successful operation of the Surgery Department by performing duties following physician's orders and Russell Regional Hospital Surgery and Recovery Room Departmental Policies and Procedures.

Performs maintenance and repairs on all hospital mechanical and electrical equipment, performs security duties, and completes projects assigned by the Maintenance Lead and the Director of Maintenance.
