Barrett joined the Russell Regional Hospital Rehabilitation Department in 2006. Bringing over 25 years of experience, Barrett takes a patient-centered approach to help reach the individuals goals through strategies he has perfected over the years.

Barrett started his physical therapy journey, attending Kansas State University and then completing his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2001. Prior to joining the RRH team, he worked as a Physical Therapist at the Phillips County Hospital in his hometown Phillipsburg, KS.

In his free time, you will find Barrett focused on his wife, 3 children, and two dogs. Watching his kids’ extracurricular activities and events is very important to. Barrett takes the time to get to know each of his patients and watching them progress towards their goals from beginning to end. On the rare occasion, that Barrett is not tending to his family or practice, you can find him on the golf course or hiking.
