TEMPORARY ISSUE AFFECTING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

Russell, KS (09/16/2026) – Russell Regional Hospital has been notified of a temporary technical issue affecting automatic payments processed through our online payment processing system. This issue is affecting multiple organizations and is not isolated to Russell Regional Hospital.

The payment processing company is actively working with its technical team to resolve the issue. As a precaution, all automatic payments have been temporarily paused while the issue is being addressed.

We have been advised that the issue is expected to be resolved today. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Patients enrolled in automatic payments do not need to take any action at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our payment processing company works to resolve this issue.
