Take 30

Join us at the RRH Classroom every third Wednesday at 9 AM for a 30 minute session on medical trends, health related education, and the opportunity to visit with our health team.

Take 30 will offer a new topic each month presented by an RRH health care provider or manager. The segment will focus on medical trends, services and resources. Participants can ask questions and get to know our local health care team. The segment will end promptly at 9:30 AM so that scheduled patient appointments can be kept a priority. Join us monthly to learn more about good health practices.
