Sarah VonFeldt
Licensed Master Social Worker
Sarah VonFeldt graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in social work (2018) and Master’s degree in social work (2021) both from Fort Hays State University. Sarah has practiced throughout the northwest region of the state, in a variety of settings, to serve Kansans in rural areas.
She believes every person is valuable in unique ways and views human connection as a gift. Sarah feels privileged to connect with patients, knowing their time together can improve the quality of their life, their relationships and the community as a whole.
Sarah is Russell County raised and so thankful to have the opportunity to provide services in her hometown community. Sarah enjoys being silly, making memories with family and friends, eating good food, time in nature and experiencing new places.
