New Exercise Equipment






Russell Regional Hospital wants to announce the resurfacing of the walking track and installation of exercise equipment
The 3/8 mile walking track adjacent to Russell Regional Hospital recently underwent a resurfacing. A new surface made from recycled tires was overlaid on top of the existing track. Also new exercise stations were installed along various parts of the track. The equipment includes a stair-stepping machine, a rowing machine and equipment to assist in stretching before and after your walk.
